THE CHALLENGE

How do you sell a $699 candle someone has never smelled, touched, or seen in person?

Luce Divina's vessels are 3x larger than a standard luxury candle. Diptyque sells a 6.5 oz candle for $78. Baobab sells a 35 oz for $300. Luce Divina's Large vessels are 72 oz at $699. The product is physically bigger, dramatically more expensive, and impossible to evaluate through a flat product photo.

  • Scale uncertainty: Customers couldn't visualize how a 72 oz brass vessel would look on their nightstand versus their dining table
  • Scent blindness: 7 signature scents with complex note profiles (top/heart/base), impossible to convey through text alone
